FAQ

I can't open the chat page. Or, a network error is displayed on the chat page.
Depending on the antivirus software you are using and the security level of your device, the WEB page (especially the chat page) may not be displayed. In that case, change the communication environment settings. Also, if "Network error" is displayed in a communication environment other than Wi-Fi, it may be due to the settings on your device.
I have completed pre-registration, but I haven't received an email. Or the characters are garbled.
Due to the settings of some email software used, the reply email for pre-visit registration did not arrive or the    characters were garbled. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter your registered e-mail address and send it to nk-event@media.nikkan.co.jp. The system company will resend the email.
I have pre-registered for an onsite exhibition. In that case, can I not enter the online exhibition?
It doesn't matter which one you register because it is a common system. In addition, the online exhibition is open 24 hours a day during the period.
Do I need to pre-register for both onsite and online exhibition?
Since the registration system is common, your registration can be completed at once.
Can I browse the online exhibition site without pre-registering?
Please register in advance for both onsite exhibition and online exhibition. You cannot enter the online exhibition site unless you have registered in advance.
